Terms and Conditions of Participation
By registering for and participating in the Beelex Game Show ("the Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Registration and Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All registrations must be completed through the official Beelex Game Show website or authorized platforms.
- Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration. False information may result in disqualification.
- Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
2. Event Rules and Conduct
- All participants must follow instructions from event staff and officials at all times.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
- Participants engaging in illegal activities or causing damage to property will be removed and may face legal action.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only for participants of legal drinking age and must be done responsibly.
3. Health and Safety
- Participants acknowledge that some games involve physical activity and participate at their own risk.
- Those with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating in physically demanding games.
- Proper swimwear is required for pool activities. No glass containers near pool areas.
- Beelex Game Show is not liable for personal injuries except where caused by our negligence.
4. Prizes and Awards
- All prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee.
- Prize winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- In case of tie scores, organizers will determine the winner through additional challenges or random selection.
5. Media and Publicity
- By participating, you grant Beelex Game Show the right to use your name, likeness, and any photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Professional photography and videography will occur during the event.
- Participants may not broadcast or stream event activities without prior written consent.
6. Cancellations and Changes
- Beelex Game Show reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify event details due to circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of event cancellation, registration fees will be refunded minus any non-recoverable costs.
- No refunds will be given for participant cancellations within 7 days of the event.
- Game rules, prizes, and schedules are subject to change at organizers' discretion.
7. Personal Property
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Beelex Game Show is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Secure storage may be provided but used at participants' own risk.
8. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and Beelex Game Show.
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Beelex Game Show reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone at our discretion.
